Lamberts Methyl B Complex is a specialized nutritional formula with all of the B complex vitamins, which provides:

- phytic acid in the form of methylfolate (or 5-MTHF) which is the natural form of folic acid, as it is found in food (green vegetables).
- Vitamin B6 in the form of 5 pyridoxal phosphate (Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P), which is the active form of B6
- Vitamin B12 in the form of methyl cobalamin, which is the form of B12 with maximum absorption and bioavailability.

Several of the B complex vitamins are involved in boosting the immune system, treating fatigue and maintaining normal psychological function.

It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Each tablet yields:
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) - 25mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - 28mg
Niacin (as Nicotinamide) - 32mg
5-Pyridoxal Phosphate (Vitamin B6) - 25mg
Folic Acid (Folate as Quatrefolic) - 200μg
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) - 300μg
