CONTEST TERMS

To participate in the contest:

1. An order must be made with Frezyderm products over 30€ from October 1st until October 31st to win three-day stay in "Tagli Resort & Spa" in Arahova, Greece.

2. You need to subscribe to the newsletter. You can enter your email address in the pop-up that appears on our eshop homepage or at the bottom of our homepage in the box marked "Your email for our offers" or when registering as a customer.

3. For your participation it is necessary to be over 18 years old.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

The Gift is provided by Frezyderm. The gift is not transferrable and can not be redeemed in cash.

Goldair travel agency will announce the available dates of the gift to contest winner.

DURATION OF COMPETITION

The duration of the competition is set from 1/10/2019 until 31/10/2019 for the three-day stay in "Tagli Resort & Spa" in Arahova, Greece. Participations in the draw will be accepted until 31/10/2019 (last day of the competition).

COMPETITION DRAW

The actual lottery draw to find the one (1) winner and two (2) runners-up for the three-day stay in "Tagli Resort & Spa" in Arahova, Greece, will take place on Friday 1/11/2019 via a random choice selection.

In case someone refuses to receive the gift or fails to deliver in due time the information required by the Company to complete the delivery of the gift, loses the right to participate, which is transferred to next runner-up.

In the event that one fails to accept and receive the gift until 30/11/2019, the gift will lose its validity.

RESULTS OF COMPETITION

Bestpharmacy will contact by phone or via email in order to inform about the procedure. At the same time the results of the competition will be announced through Bestpharmacy social networks.

 

Bestpharmacy is entitled to terminate the competition, modify its terms, or change the above dates and deadlines for any reason, such as third party negligence, third party inability to provide the gifts, etc.

Participation in the competition requires and implies unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the competition.
