M2Y (magnesium) is a food supplement with 3 forms of chelated magnesium: glycinate, citrate and oxide.

Support:

Use: 1-2 capsules / day

Precautions: When taking certain drugs such as quinolones (antibiotics) or tetracyclines (antibiotics) or bisphosphonates (for osteoporosis) magnesium supplements should be taken 2 hours later.
