Directions for use
Essential oils are volatile substances that influence mood through inhalation.
In an aromatherapy burner, add 1–8 drops to water and ensure water is always present.
For massage, dilute 30–35 drops in 100 ml of carrier oil.
For bath use, add 3–8 drops to warm water, preferably diluted in a carrier oil for sensitive skin.
For inhalation, add 2–3 drops to hot water and inhale for up to 10 minutes.
For compresses, add 3–5 drops to warm water.
For skin care, dilute in a suitable carrier oil or cosmetic base.
Never use undiluted on skin. For external use only.
