• Aromatherapy device: 1-8 drops in a little water, always with sufficient water in the device
• Massage: 30-35 drops in 100 ml of base oil
• Bath: 3-8 drops in hot water
• Inhalations: 2-3 drops in a bowl of hot water
• Compresses: 3-5 drops in hot water
• Skin care: Add to a natural product or vegetable base oil
