Directions for use
Essential oils are volatile substances that evaporate quickly and influence mood through inhalation. Use in an aromatherapy device with 1-8 drops in a small amount of water, ensuring water is always present. For massage, add the essential oil or oil blend to a carrier oil and apply with gentle circular movements. For bath use, add 3-8 drops to warm water. For inhalations, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water. For compresses, add 3-5 drops to warm water. For skin care, add a small amount to a natural product or carrier oil. Essential oils should never be applied undiluted to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and use with caution during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 12 years old. For external use only.
