To effectively clean your drink bottle, remove the silicone cap and silicone stem and rinse with warm, soapy water. We recommend a cleaning brush set to thoroughly clean the straw and mouthpiece. Allow the top, stem and other parts to dry completely before reassembling.

Is your insulated drink bottle leaking?

Your insulated drink bottle is only watertight when the cap is closed, the straw itself is not watertight. So it will leak if the cap is left open and the bottle is tipped at an angle or upside down.
If there seems to be a leak when the lid is closed, try closing the lid slowly to make sure the notch inside the lid lines up with the straw. This is also a good time to check that the straw top (mouthpiece) and straw stem are attached and positioned correctly, as shown in the insulated drink bottle tutorial video.
