Use:
Apply the lipstick starting from the upper lip, from the center outwards. Continue with the bottom lip from one corner to the other. For a matte effect, lightly smudge the edges of the lips by gently touching the lips with your finger. For a more precise and longer-lasting effect, use the lip pencil first to outline the lips.
