Prepare the test specimens with the sample extraction buffer for immediate post-collection testing.
Get a Nasal Smear
Insert the swab into a nostril up to 2,5cm from the tip of the nostril. Gently rotate the swab to collect cells and mucus. Repeat the same procedure on the other nostril.
Sample Export
Insert the swab with the collected sample into the extraction tube containing 0,5 ml of sample extraction buffer.
Test Reaction
Remove the device from the sealed package and place it on a flat surface. Insert the filter nozzle into the exhaust pipe containing the test specimen.
Invert the outlet tube and add 2 drops of test sample to the sample holder by gently squeezing the outlet tube.
Read the results in 15 minutes.
