Use: Guide the floss to each point of contact (where the teeth intersect) with small horizontal movements. With the loop method, this movement is very easy and without any pressure - which means that there is no risk of injuring your gums.

Carefully guide the floss two or three times up and down the space from the point of contact to gingival fissure.
Then pass the floss to the next tooth and repeat the procedure.
