Epsilon Health Nozalys Wash 30sachets

Epsilon Health Nozalys Wash can be used for daily cleaning of the nasal cavities (isotonic solution) and in any case of nasal congestion, such as colds or allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, exposure to smoke or irritants (hypertonic solution).

Use:

• Fill the bottle with drinking bottled water at 35-40°C, up to the line indicating the 240 ml level.
• Hypertonic solution: Dissolve the contents of 2 sachets in the bottle. Useful in cases of nasal congestion due to diseases of the upper respiratory system.
• Isotonic Solution: Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in the bottle. Useful for preventing the accumulation of secretions or for daily cleaning of the nasal cavity.
• Shake the bottle until the powder is completely dissolved in the water.
• Tilt your head sideways and slightly forward.
• Insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril, breathing with your mouth open.
• Apply light pressure to the bottom of the bottle. Wait until the solution passes through your nose, coming out of the opposite nostril.Breathe with your mouth open during rinsing.
• After rinsing (half a bottle), remain for a while with your head slightly turned forward.
• Repeat the same process with the remaining half of the solution in the other nostril.
• Blow your nose gently.
• After each use, fill the bottle with water and add a few drops of liquid soap and shake vigorously to clean it effectively.
• Dry the inside with a towel or let it air dry before the next use.

Isotonic solution: up to 3 times a day.

Hypertonic solution: 1-2 times a day, depending on the severity of the condition.
