FORTÉ Zen MORAL Day and Night is based on chronobiology and stress mechanisms to help boost morale.
It is designed for people who experience a temporary drop in mood, lack of motivation or energy. Its formula contains saffron and Vitamins B3 and B6, which respectively help you to maintain a positive state of mind and emotional and mental balance. It contains 2 amino acids that are precursors of Dopamine and Serotonin, often referred to as the 'happy molecules'. The Day tablet contains L-tyrosine, a precursor of dopamine, which is secreted in the morning. It is complemented by rhodiola, an adaptogenic plant, and vitamin B6, which helps to reduce fatigue.
The Night tablet contains L-tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin, which is secreted at the end of the day. It is combined with saffron, which helps to maintain emotional balance and a positive mood. Vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
