Suitable for use from 0 months: Apply 2-6 sprays a day in each nostril.
- Remove the protective cap
- Gently insert the nozzle of the bottle into the nostril and push the pump to apply the product
- Allow the excess solution to run to remove mucus and then blow your nose.
- Repeat the same procedure in the other nostril
- Clean the muzzle with water and dry it
- Replace the protective cap on the bottle nozzle until the next use
