How to Use
Use the Perfect Long Lasting Eye Pencil on the lids as close to the lash line as possible to emphasize the shape of the eyes and give intensity to the look, or ‘blur’ it on the lids using the sponge tip. For a kohl effect, apply to the inner lids. Use after eyeshadow for a bold contour and before eyeshadow for a smokey eye.
