After a few minutes, the white serum creates a transparent, protective film over the blister, which in combination with the active ingredients it contains accelerates the healing process. Herpatch Cold Sore Serum treats the symptoms of cold sores at every stage of the episode.

The action of Herpatch Cold Sore Serum is based on targeted dissolving film technology. Upon application, it will create a transparent thin but strong mechanical barrier over the affected area allowing for the creation of an optimal microenvironment. The ingredients will create a strong, immediate protective barrier over the cold sore caused by the herpes simplex virus. Its benefits include: less visible wound contour, reduction of erythema, pain and patient discomfort.

In addition to the membrane-forming ingredients, the following substances have also been incorporated into Herpatch Cold Sore Serum:

• Active oxygen, which accelerates cell renewal, increases skin moisture and therefore reduces the healing time of cold sores
• B-glucan, which in addition to its membrane-forming properties, is also known to soothe, protect and hydrate the skin, which facilitates wound healing
• Sulfur polysaccharides, from red microalgae, which create an active protective barrier, thus offering protection against UV radiation

Use:

• Before use, make sure your hands are clean and dry.
• Wash or rinse the affected area.
