Humana 1 infant milk is given from the 1st bottle and for the entire duration of bottle feeding:
- Enriched with iron bisglycinate
- as an exclusive food if you are not breastfeeding
- as a supplement, when breast milk is not sufficient
- in combination with breastfeeding

Milk Preparation Instructions
Follow the preparation instructions carefully when preparing baby food. Clean the bottle and nipple. Prepare fresh food for each meal and give it to your baby immediately. Don't save leftovers for later. A mistake in the preparation can cause effects on your baby's health.
Do not heat milk in the microwave (risk of burns).
1. Boil water, let it cool to about 50°C and pour half the amount into a clean baby bottle.
2. Fill the measuring cup included in the package quickly and add the required amount of powder to the baby bottle.
3. Close the bottle and shake immediately, then add the rest of the water and shake again.
4. Transfer the drink to a glass and check the temperature (37°C).
