Use:

MIX 5 SECONDS.
ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MIXED CORRECTLY BEFORE ANY APPLICATION.
Apply liberally to dry skin, thirty minutes prior to sun exposure. Re-apply every 2 hours and after sweating, swimming or drying off.

If a smaller quantity is applied or the product is not mixing enough, the protection factor is lower.
