Lamberts Multi Vitamin AtoZ Effervescent Tablets provide a complete once-daily multivitamin and mineral formula delivering essential micronutrients, many at 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value. It offers comprehensive nutritional support for daily wellbeing.
AtoZ can be used during adolescence (14–18 years) as a long-term multivitamin formula or in adulthood as a maintenance formula for essential vitamins and minerals. It provides nutrient levels comparable to other multivitamin formulas on the market at a highly competitive cost. The effervescent format is ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing large tablets and offers a pleasant mango and pineapple flavour.

Precautions Yellow discoloration of urine may occur due to excess vitamin B2 excretion and is harmless. This product contains Vitamin A and should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women or women likely to become pregnant. Contains Vitamin K and should not be taken by individuals on coumarin anticoagulants unless advised by a doctor. Contains Iron and excessive intake may be harmful, especially to young children. Keep out of reach of children.
Allergies This product does not contain gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soya, eggs, milk (and dairy products), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish or sulphites.
Use
Take 1 tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water with a meal or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
