Chromium Complex by Lamberts® is a specially formulated clinical nutrition supplement designed to support normal metabolism. Its core ingredient is chromium, one of the most important metabolically active trace elements, which participates in insulin signalling pathways and contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Each tablet provides 200µg of elemental chromium (as chromium picolinate), a form widely used in clinical studies and recognised for its excellent absorption and bioavailability.
In addition to chromium, the formula includes zinc, which contributes to normal macronutrient and fatty acid metabolism, as well as vitamins C, B1, B3, B6, magnesium and copper that contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolic processes.
Like all Lamberts® products, Chromium Complex is manufactured in the United Kingdom in accordance with strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Use
