Complete Gainer of Lamberts is a specially designed sports nutrition product which contains a combination of high quality and purity whey protein (Whey Concentrate) and complex carbohydrates. Each 100 gr of the formula provide: - An impressive amount of pure protein 34 gr - More than 7 gr of branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S). The three branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S = leucine, isoleucine and valine) are the basic building block to form the third of the total muscle protein of the organism.
