Lamberts® Methyl B Complex is a high potency, specialist vitamin B complex providing all B vitamins in enhanced amounts, combined with choline and inositol. Its unique formulation includes the metabolically active forms of folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, setting it apart from standard B complexes.
Folate is provided as L-methylfolate calcium, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, offering superior absorption and bioavailability. These nutrients contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism and help reduce homocysteine levels*, while their methylated forms are suitable for individuals with MTHFR gene polymorphisms.
Like all Lamberts® products, Methyl B Complex is manufactured in the United Kingdom to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.
Precautions: Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Long-term intake of this level of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in the extremities.
Allergens: This product does not contain gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soya, eggs, milk and milk derivatives, lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish or sulphites.
