Lamberts Multi Guard Control 120 Tabs Multivitamin

Multi-Guard® Sugar Control by Lamberts® is a high-strength multivitamin formula containing 25 micronutrients, designed to support metabolism and maintain energy balance between meals, with particular emphasis on carbohydrate metabolism.

The recommended daily intake of 2 tablets provides:

Chromium, which contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Zinc, contributing to normal carbohydrate metabolism.
A full range of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 as P5P, B12 and biotin) supporting normal energy-yielding metabolism, with vitamin B6 also contributing to normal glycogen metabolism.
Magnesium, involved in over 300 metabolic reactions and contributing to normal energy production.
Standardised Cassia cinnamon bark extract (Cinnamomum cassia) equivalent to 2000mg, free from coumarin and suitable for long-term use.

Manufactured in the United Kingdom in accordance with strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Precautions
May cause yellow discolouration of urine due to riboflavin (B2), which is harmless. Contains iron and excessive intake may be harmful, especially to young children. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if taking coumarin-type anticoagulants unless advised by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Allergies
Free from gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soya, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish and sulphites.

Use
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
