MULTI GUARD® SPORT by Lamberts® is a comprehensive multivitamin food supplement designed for athletes and individuals following demanding training programmes. It provides 24 vitamins and minerals combined with selected antioxidant phytonutrients, forming an ideal foundation for athletic nutrition.
It features high levels of magnesium (376mg per 2 tablets), contributing to energy production, normal muscle function and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also provides vitamins D3 and K for bone health, vitamins A, C and E for antioxidant protection, and a full B-complex to support carbohydrate metabolism and normal nervous system function.
The formula includes selenium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, iodine and 200µg chromium to help maintain normal blood glucose levels. Plant-based antioxidants such as green tea extract, quercetin, rutin, citrus bioflavonoids and grape seed extract help address increased oxidative stress associated with intense physical activity.

Precautions This product contains iron; excessive intake may be harmful, especially for young children. Contains Vitamin A; not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or those planning pregnancy unless advised by a doctor. Not recommended for individuals taking coumarin anticoagulants without medical advice. High magnesium intake may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances.

Use
