Each of these Lamberts Sage tablets provides the equivalent of 2.5g of dried herb. We insist on a high grade sage extract that has a guaranteed level of 2.5% rosmarinic acid (the 'active' compound in sage). Sage also contains an unpleasant naturally occurring compound called thujone, but the sage extract we use in this Lamberts product is carefully manufactured to have very low, insignificant levels of thujone.
