Thiamin, also known as vitamin B1, was the first B vitamin to be discovered and is not produced by the human body, therefore it must be obtained through diet or supplementation.

Thiamin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system, as it plays a role in the synthesis of acetylcholine. It works synergistically with other B vitamins, particularly riboflavin (B2) and niacin (B3).

Lamberts® Thiamin 100mg is a high-strength supplement suitable for individuals who consume high amounts of alcohol, heavy smokers, those following a diet rich in processed foods and individuals on long-term diuretic therapy.
