As with all Lamberts® gummies, Vitamin C 250mg gummies:

Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fiber are used as a sweetener and gelatin substitute. Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates found in many vegetables, such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed, as the majority of them are used as a nutrient substrate for the growth of the normal bacterial flora of the intestine (mainly the genera Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus).
