Melatonin helps to fall asleep faster, while relieving symptoms of jet lag.*
Melissa is a traditional herbal aid for sleep, as well as for the relief of mental fatigue (Approved by the European Medicines Agency - EMA and the Committee for Herbal Medicines HMPC).
Hawthorn is an herb that helps to better deal with mild symptoms of mental stress, while helping to relieve transient cardiac symptoms such as increased pulses (Approved by the European Medicines Agency - EMA and the Committee for Herbal Medicines HMPC).
It is an ideal supplement for:
- those with insomnia or sleep disorders
- older adults, in whom melatonin levels are reduced due to old age
- on long trips where there is a change of time zone and jet lag symptoms
- those who work night shifts
In the form of dispersed granules directly in the mouth for easy intake and quick absorption.
Dosage
1 sachet half an hour before bedtime.
Instructions of use
Consume directly in the mouth half an hour before bedtime. Water intake is not required.
Contraindications
The administration of melatonin while taking anticoagulant drugs is contraindicated.
Side effects
Mild nausea or allergic disorders may rarely occur when melatonin is discontinued.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
