Instructions of use
Spray 1-3 times daily, as needed. Take with a fatty meal for better absorption.
Contraindications
Taking a dose >4000IU is recommended to be accompanied by control of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcemia.
Side effects
At doses greater than 10,000IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth, and a metallic taste may occur.

Store the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. After the product is opened, follow the storage instructions on the packaging for its optimal preservation.
