Menarini KaleidOn IBS is a medical technology product in tablet form for the treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

IBS is characterized by pain, bloating, abdominal pain, distention, and abdominal discomfort, with or without variation in stool appearance and disturbed bowel function (constipation, diarrhea, alternating between the two).

Its composition helps maintain the integrity of the intestinal epithelial barrier and maintain the balance of the intestinal flora.

Thanks to its mechanical protective action, it naturally interacts with the intestinal mucosa forming a mucoadhesive membrane that protects the mucosa from contact with irritants and at the same time helps to remove dangerous substances by preventing their absorption, while through a natural mechanism it helps the absorption of intestinal gases and the elimination of toxins thus reducing the usual disorders of the IBS.

Use:

• Take 1 tablet twice a day between or before meals or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist.
• In case of acute pain, the dose can be doubled.
• Depending on the intensity of the condition, it is recommended to extend the reception from 2 to 6 weeks and to repeat it in case of possible recurrence of the initial symptoms.

Precautions:

• Not to be taken by children under 12 years old, pregnant and lactating women.
• Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the contained components.
• Do not exceed 4 tablets per day.
• Store the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F), and protect from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause deterioration of the product.
