MorEPA Plus contains high levels of Omega 3 fatty acids per dose. The high amounts of EPA and DHA are especially good for heart health maintenance and for keeping blood pressure and triglyceride levels within the normal range.
EPA and DHA have been shown to:

Use: 1 to 3 softgels a day, with a meal.
The daily intake of EPA+DHA should not exceed 5 g.
