Dosage

Recommended dosage:

Adults: 1 spraying daily.

Instructions of use

Use at night, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Shake well before use.

Spray under the tongue, hold for 20 seconds and then swallow.

Contraindications

Not suitable under the age of 18, during pregnancy & lactation.
