Instructions for use:

• Shake the vial before each use
• Distribute the necessary sprays under the tongue and inside the cheeks. (usual dose, 6 sprays per day corresponding to 15mg Zn++)
• If you have to do more than 4 sprays per day, divide them into two different times with a minimum of 5 minutes between them.
• Maintain the effect of the sprays for at least 30 seconds without swallowing saliva or other liquids.
• Avoid smoking at least 10 minutes before spraying, because the vasoconstriction caused by smoking reduces absorption.
• Replace cap on vial after each use and store upright at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
• If there is reduced flow or a blockage in the spray nozzle, flush it with warm water.
• In contrast to common spray bottles, where their contents must be used within 6 months from the date of their start of use, Nordaid sprays are AIRLESS technology, i.e. they ensure the quality of their contents, for a full two years until the expiry date write on the package.

Dosage:
- General: 5-10 sprays a day, breastfeeding 6-10.
