Triphala is a combination of three fruits (Harada, Amla and Behada) that has been used for thousands of years by the ancient medical system of India (Ayurveda). Triphala is traditionally used as a natural laxative of the digestive system and as a tonic. In addition, it has been found to have many bioactive compounds, such as gallic acid, tannic acid and epicatechin.
Use: Take 2 tablets daily between meals.
