Use:

• Wash your hands. Twist the tampon wrapper and remove it.
• Straighten the removal string. Insert the tampon into the vagina at an angle up and back. If you feel resistance, try changing the direction of your body or the tampon.
• If you have inserted the tampon correctly, you should not feel it. If you still feel it, then push the tampon in a little deeper. The string should be visible after insertion. Wash your hands again.

Removal:

• Wash your hands. Pull the removal string.
• If the tampon is difficult to remove, it may not be saturated yet. In this case, you should consider using a tampon with a lower absorbency next time.
• If you can’t find the removal string, squat down, press down, and grab the tampon with two fingers.
• If you are unable to remove the tampon yourself, contact a gynecologist.

Precautions:

• Change your tampon every 4-8 hours during the day or night.
• Always use the lowest absorbency that best matches your flow level.
• Don’t forget to remove your tampon before inserting a new one and at the end of your period.
• Insert only one tampon at a time.
