USE
- Wash your hands and open the wrapper by pulling the tape.
- Straighten the drawstring and pull with a quick and somewhat strong motion.
- Squeeze the base of the tampon with the tip of your index finger and remove the top half of the wrap.
- With your free hand, gently open the lips of the vagina. The vaginal opening is located between the urethra and the anus. Relax!
- With your index finger push the tampon deep into the vagina and tilt upwards. If you feel resistance, just change direction slightly. One still feel the tampon, then you have to push it a little deeper. Once the tampon is in the right position, in the middle of your vagina, you will not feel it. Wash your hands again.
