Directions for use:
Take 2 herbal tablets and 1 lactic acid bacteria tablet up to 3 times per day as needed, with a large glass of water.
Children over 6 years old: 1 herbal tablet and 1 lactic acid bacteria tablet up to 2 times per day as needed, with a large glass of water.
