How to use: Apply an amount of the Arnica Ice Gel on the problematic area (neck, shoulders, arms, back, knees, legs) and massage slightly until it is fully absorbed. Apply 2-3 times daily.
CAUTION: For external use only. Do not apply on open wounds and mucous membranes (eyes, nose, lips). In case of skin irritation, discontinue use immediately and contact your doctor or clinician. No contact with eyes. Otherwise, wash with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children in a dry and cool place.
