Chios Mastic is the resinous secretion of the mastic tree—an evergreen shrub that thrives exclusively in southern Chios, Greece. It is a natural, aromatic resin known since antiquity for its beneficial properties.

L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body, playing a role in numerous metabolic processes. It is produced primarily in the muscles and distributed via the bloodstream to organs where it is required, such as the intestine. Zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients, such as carbohydrates and fatty acids, as well as to the protection of cells from oxidative stress*.

Adults
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably after your main meal, as a dietary supplement or as directed by your doctor.
