Multi A-Z is a complete formulation with vitamins B, C, D, E, A, K and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and a high iron content (14mg). Iron and B vitamins contribute to the production of energy, the reduction of fatigue and the proper functioning of the nervous system, such as concentration. Vitamins C, D, A, E, zinc and selenium strengthen the immune system and protect cells from oxidative damage caused by toxins and the environment. Calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamins D and K contribute to maintaining good bone health.
