Sinomarin® Children Isotonic is an isotonic seawater solution (0.9% in NaCl) rich in minerals & trace elements. Cleanses the nasal cavities by removing accumulated mucus and adherents such as pathogens (eg bacteria & viruses), allergens (eg pollen, household allergens), dust and pollutants, through mechanical action helping to maintain health and the avoidance of secondary ENT. infections.
