SOLGAR® GRIFFONIA 5-HTP COMPLEX is a combination of ingredients designed to support people experiencing stress and tension from modern lifestyles, which may affect sleep quality and mood.
This unique formula is designed to help you relax after a busy day and support restful sleep with just 1 capsule per day.
5-HTP is produced from an essential amino acid and is then converted into serotonin. With today’s lifestyle, it can be difficult to relax after a demanding day, and many people struggle to achieve a good quality night’s sleep. At the same time, an unbalanced diet may also contribute to lower serotonin levels. Serotonin is converted into melatonin, which the body uses to regulate the sleep–wake cycle. When melatonin levels are low, it may be harder to relax and fall asleep.
The 100 mg of 5-HTP per capsule in SOLGAR® GRIFFONIA 5-HTP COMPLEX may support serotonin levels, while combined with vitamin B6, it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The formula also contains valerian extract, traditionally used to support relaxation and quality sleep.
SOLGAR® GRIFFONIA 5-HTP COMPLEX is suitable for vegans and does not contain soy, dairy, or gluten.
As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily with juice or water between meals.
