SOLGAR® GRIFFONIA 5-HTP COMPLEX is a specialised formula designed to support individuals experiencing stress and tension from modern lifestyle factors, which may affect sleep quality and mood. This unique complex helps promote relaxation after a busy day and supports restful sleep with just one capsule daily.
5-HTP is derived from Griffonia seeds and acts as a precursor to serotonin, which is subsequently converted into melatonin, the hormone responsible for regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Each vegetable capsule provides 100mg of 5-HTP. The formula is enhanced with magnesium and vitamin B6, which support normal psychological function and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contains valerian, traditionally used to promote relaxation and support quality sleep.
Suitable for vegans. Free from sugar, starch, gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial colours and artificial flavours.
Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Long-term intake of vitamin B6 above 10mg may cause tingling and numbness. Not intended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication (including antidepressants, CNS-active or serotonergic medicines), or if you have any medical condition, including mental or gastrointestinal disorders. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol while taking this product. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Use
