LIQUID MELATONIN 59ML is a liquid food supplement containing melatonin that supports the body's natural circadian rhythms, promoting relaxation, positive mood and improved sleep quality. It also contributes to the relief of subjective feelings of jet lag and helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.
Beneficial effects are obtained with the intake of 1mg of melatonin before bedtime. Each 4 drops provide 1.6mg of melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine).
