With natural traces of vitamin C, centuries later, in the early 1920s, Charles Haimoff developed a unique substance, Pycnogenol: a water-soluble flavonoid extract from the bark of the French maritime pine. Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) to two (2) vegetarian capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
