Use: Add a small amount of your favorite Humble natural toothpaste to the bristles. Brush gently to clean and remove plaque.
Dentists recommend the 2/2 rule: brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes in the evening.
Recycling instructions:
Product: Use tweezers to remove bristles from the toothbrush head. Once the handle is free of hair, it can be disposed of in a compost bin. The bristles are very small and curbside recycling may not work. We recommend that you dispose of the bristles in your regular household waste or contact your local recycling facility to see if there is a solution for recycling the bristles.
Packaging: The paper box and inner bag can be recycled as paper.
