Use:

In the evening: on clean skin on the face and neck, with a light massage to be absorbed by the skin.
For morning use: can be applied under the day cream, or under a sunscreen cream with SPF 30.
Leave the cream on for 2-4 minutes to be absorbed by the skin. There may be a slight tingling sensation after each application. This is completely normal and is due to the action of the product.

It usually takes six to eight weeks of regular use to see a noticeable difference.
