Use: Apply to dry and clean skin. Apply the patch around the area you want to protect with the gel side touching the skin. Stretch it in both directions before applying to the big toe. Remove it during sleep.
To clean, wash in warm water with a mild soap solution. Leave to dry away from heat sources and sprinkle some talcum powder on top to prevent sticking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
