Vitamain Vitamin B12 provides 1,000 µg of methylcobalamin in each tablet, in a dispersible form that can be placed under the tongue or chewed for immediate release in the oral cavity. Methylcobalamin is the bioactive, co-enzymatic form of vitamin B12 that is used directly by the body in metabolic reactions, without the need for enzymatic conversion.

Vitamin B12 has eight authenticated health claims from EFSA (Reg. 432/2012), including its contribution to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal psychological function and normal red blood cell formation. It is particularly recommended for vegetarians, the elderly and people with increased energy or neurological requirements.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, the function of the immune system and the normal metabolism of homocysteine. It is also involved in the process of cell division.

Use:

1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning with a meal. The tablet is dispersible — placed under the tongue or chewed. Intended for people over 18 years of age.

Interactions & Adverse Reactions
Adverse Reactions: rare; mild skin reactions have been reported.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: only with the consent of a doctor.

Storage & Preservation
Store the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F) and protect it from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause deterioration of the product.
