Contraindications-Interactions
Contraindicated in people with hemochromatosis or iron overload, as vitamin C increases iron absorption.
People with a history of oxalate nephrolithiasis, chronic kidney disease, G6PD deficiency, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their physician before use.

Side Effects
No side effects have been reported from taking the product at the recommended dosage.

In very high doses and long-term use, vitamin C may cause diarrhea, nausea, and oxalate kidney stone formation.

Storage - Storage
